Howdy Peeps

This is a fully functioning WinAMp modern skin but it is withiout a larger window version.
If that means it should be a scrap then I'd certainly understand but I was asked to up it.

I only ever use window shade version of WinAmp myself anyway so I made this. I also reached the end of my coding abilities thus prohibiting a 'fully' skinned version. If anyone wants to collaborate on the XML and Maki end I'd be happy to work on it some more.

I usually use the shade too. Then it can stay on top of other windows and act as an extension of my start bar.
